WHO WE ARE

Strictly Powersports started life as HyMark Motorsports and was founded in 1996 by Robert Miller and Jim Berry, 2 snowmobile enthusiasts from Westcliffe, CO. In the early 2000s, Jack Thompson purchased the dealership, and with the increasing popularity of ATVs, snowmobiles were eventually dropped. Over the years, KTM motorcycles and Polaris® side by side vehicles were added by Jack, who owned the dealership until 2013 when Chuck Golinvaux moved to Pueblo from the Black Hills of South Dakota and purchased the dealership. 

In late 2015, HyMark was successful in acquiring the Indian Motorcycle® franchise for Southern Colorado. This hallowed brand is the oldest motorcycle brand in the United States, having been founded in 1901, and was resurrected by Polaris® Industries in 2011. Indian Motorcycle® of Southern Colorado sold its first Indian Motorcycle® in February 2016 and the brand is selling as well as ever. As a result of the acquisition of the Indian Motorcycle® brand, HyMark undertook an ambitious plan to completely rebuild its facility, expanding from 7,000 sq feet to almost 36,000. Construction commenced on August 2nd 2017, and on January 2nd, 2019 the all-new Strictly Powersports opened for business. HyMark changed its name to signal a new era, and to better reflect exactly who we are. During the building expansion, in March of 2018, we added Honda® Powersports. We are proud to continue the 60-year tradition that Timme Motor Sales established and maintained.

Most recently, in the spring of 2021 Strictly Powersports was fortunate to acquire Can-Am. This brand is an innovative manufacturer of 4-wheel off-road vehicles (Outlander, Maverick, Defender, and Commander) as well as a market leader in the 3-wheel street motorcycle market with Ryker and Spyder.

Since inception as HyMark Motorsports until our present time, the founding principles of doing business are unchanged: Fair and honest transactions, with a solid service emphasis and a promise to stock high volume parts and accessories.

We are committed to constant professional training with our staff - whether it is for technician training (we are GOLD Certified with Polaris®, and Indian Motorcycle®, their highest levels of attainment) salesperson product knowledge, or training for parts department staff - we will continue to strive to have professional and knowledgeable staff in all areas of our dealership.

We pride ourselves in being representatives for the powersports industry's leading brands; for years Polaris® has led the off-road world in product innovation and technological advancements; Indian Motorcycle® has returned to its rightful place as a most desired brand in the V-twin segment; KTM is now recognized as a world leader - not only with off-road and motocross bikes, but also in the street motorcycle world. BRP (Can-Am) is a worthy competitor to the top brands in the 4-wheel off-road world, and their Spyder and Ryker still have no comparable competitor. Honda® Powersports products have long been recognized as having superior product quality. 

We strive to keep our website up-to-date and accurate, and our online prices always include every fee including factory destination and assembly charges. Other than government fees like sales tax, you will never be surprised with mandatory extras at Strictly Powersports.

WHO WE SERVE

Ours is a very large and unique region and our service area stretches literally for more than 100,000 square miles; from Pueblo 228 miles east to Garden City, Kansas, 290 miles south to Santa Fe, NM and 150 miles west to Gunnison, CO. We cater to the farm and ranch community with Sportsman® and Honda® ATVs, and Ranger® and Pioneer utility vehicles. For the week-end enthusiasts, we offer Sportsman®, ACE, RZR® and Honda®'s exciting Talon sport side by side. We also carry the complete line of KTM street, off-road, motocross, adventure and enduro bikes. We count among our customer base our many friends in communities like Colorado Springs, Denver and across the Rockies.
